I started posting these positions as my status updates in my professional & Social Networks. But to my surprise, till EOD, i have not seen a single response based on that posting. Don't think that, i have not done anything yesterday & waiting for response. I started also looking into my contacts & Job portals, finally i am able to call couple of resources for a F2F interview yesterday. But that is really a learning day for me. Below are the points learnt from yesterday.
- Some of the demands look like vanila, but they are not.
- All Java profiles, which are highly sketched are not strong resources in the market.
- Getting a strong resource, who is well experienced in developing WebServices using SOAP/Rest in the given notice period of 15days is niche.
- I started learning about the difference between the SAS/BASE, Advance SAS & SAS BI
- SAS is niche in area & SAS BI experts in market is very less
' Finally yesterday, i am able to close one Java Developer position, just in a span of less than 24hrs. But, still my demands are open in java too. let's see, what happen tomorrow & how can close these SAS BI & java positions.
Your views are highly appreciated.
