I Started this blog to show-case, how is a Recruiter/Recruitment functions on day-to-day bases work.

In the present Market, hiring is playing a vital role in an organization & Recruiter is the key for the success of the organization. To show-case the challenges of a recruiter to find a right resource as per the company expectations can be clearly viewed in this blog. Finding a resource is not a challenge, but also holding the resource through-out the hiring process, on-boarding at the expected time & also reviewing his/her challenges in the work even after on-boarding, as most of the companies are now coming with a idea of tagging a resource performance & contribution to the growth of the company to the KPI of a Recruiter.
